Design Manager

A Design Manager will be responsible for managing the design process of 12 to 15 projects per month, through a team of 6 to 10 designers. The goal is to achieve high-quality output by managing design productivity, imparting necessary training and facilitating design discussions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the design process for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of designers, focusing on productivity improvement, providing required training, and promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Customer Experience: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, resulting in high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as design net promoter score, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Provide technical guidance and support to designers, enhancing their skills and knowledge to meet project demands.
