Project Lead - Automation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Project Lead to oversee automation projects, guide team members in setting up workflow automation systems, and ensure clients are updated on progress, challenges, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end automation projects for sales and marketing teams.
  • Guide and mentor team members in setting up workflow automation systems (n8n, Zapier).
  • Oversee the design and implementation of automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make.com.
  • Ensure smooth integration of tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and via APIs/webhooks.
  • Monitor quality of data pipelines for enrichment, lead scoring, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Review and validate outputs (data cleaning, reports, dashboards) before sharing with clients.
  • Act as the primary client contact—providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment.
  • Document processes and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong familiarity with no-code/AI automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
  • Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
  • Background in project or client management with exposure to sales/marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating team members and client expectations.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or basic scripting (Python/JavaScript).
  • Comfort with productivity tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and deliver on deadlines.
