  • You'll drive strategy execution, solving critical problems daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Supply Chain Strategy: Develop a scalable, agile, and reliable supply backbone for growth.
  • Vendor & Production Leadership: Establish a strong ecosystem of processors and manufacturers across key hubs.
  • Demand & Inventory Planning: Partner with design and merchandising to forecast and optimize supply.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement systems for sourcing, procurement, production tracking, and logistics with a focus on quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
  • Team Building: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing Supply team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design, merchandising, retail, and finance to ensure seamless collection rollouts.

Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 10–15 years of experience in operations and business roles in high-growth environments.
  • Educational and workplace pedigree from top institutions.
  • Leadership and organization skills to build teams, negotiate partnerships, and drive execution.
  • A willingness to travel, with Alappuzha as the central base.
