Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining firewalls to ensure the security of our network. This includes configuring, deploying, and monitoring firewalls to enforce security policies, as well as conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to implement security measures such as IDS/IPS, VPNs, and other best practices to protect our network from cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and deploy firewalls to enforce security policies
- Monitor network traffic and address anomalies or threats
- Conduct regular firewall audits to identify areas for improvement
- Implement security measures such as IDS/IPS, VPNs, and other best practices
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS)
- Respond to security incidents and document actions
- Collaborate with teams to design secure network solutions and provide training
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
