Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in TypeScript and cloud infrastructure management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing clean, concise APIs for customer integrations with comprehensive documentation.

About the Role:

  • Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP using Terraform.
  • Maintain fool-proof security measures across the stack, including encryption, hashing, privacy, and VPC configurations.
  • Utilize infrastructure as code principles to create Terraform scripts for easy replication of infrastructure across different regions.
  • Manage production deployments, logging, and monitoring systems to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Establish and maintain on-call processes to ensure rapid incident response.
  • Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on TypeScript and cloud infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, and infrastructure management using Terraform.
  • Strong knowledge of security best practices, including encryption and privacy mechanisms.
  • Experience in setting up monitoring and logging frameworks in production.
  • Familiarity with on-call processes and incident management.
  • Previous experience mentoring junior engineers is a plus.
  • Exposure to Generative AI technologies is an advantage.
