Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dy Manager to join our team at Par Formulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing Microbiological Testing, managing personnel, and ensuring quality governance and assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate Microbiological Testing of raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, and stability samples.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), test methods, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Plan and allocate work for Microbiology laboratory analysts and senior analysts.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve in case of difficulties during day-to-day lab operations and testing.
  • Develop and review SOPs, protocols, validation reports, trends, and test methods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and production.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of microbiological testing and quality assurance principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
