Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dy Manager to join our team at Par Formulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing Microbiological Testing, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), and managing laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating Microbiological Testing of raw materials, In-process materials, finished products, and stability samples.
  • Ensuring compliance with SOPs, test methods, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Planning and work allocation for Microbiology laboratory analysts and Sr. analysts.
  • Training and qualification of Microbiology analysts/Sr. analysts on laboratory operations/techniques.
  • Developing and reviewing SOPs, protocols, validation reports, trends, and test methods.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microbiological Testing and laboratory operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
