Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the operational efficiency of branch operations and their profitability.
  • Suggest enhancement measures to meet financial objectives while evaluating business potential.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance current branch processes & procedures.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with branch operation processes and turn-around times (TAT).
  • Provide constructive feedback, identify training needs of the team, and conduct regular internal training sessions to meet team requirements.
  • Negotiate with clients as required, address customer inquiries, coordinate with back-office operations, and facilitate transactions to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
  • Familiarity with banking regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in branch management or similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
