Job Summary

As a Project Manager, you will serve as the key liaison between our clients and internal technical teams. You will be responsible for driving conversations with clients, prioritizing tasks for teams, identifying improvement areas in ongoing solutions, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Client Communication: Ensure clear understanding of requirements, updates, and deliverables.
  • Drive Project Discovery: Scope and execute data analytics, AI, CRM, and digital transformation projects.
  • Translate Client Needs: Convert client needs into actionable plans for technical teams.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prioritize Tasks: Prioritize and assign tasks, ensuring team alignment and accountability.
  • Solution Optimization: Review solution designs and suggest optimizations based on industry best practices.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain project documentation, status updates, and reporting dashboards.
What You'll Bring
  • 2-5 years of program or project management experience in tech consulting or product teams.
  • Experience in Data Analytics, AI/ML, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and contribute to solution discussions.
  • Exceptional prioritization, time management, and team coordination capabilities.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
