Job Title: Strategic Portfolio Manager

This is a senior leadership role with accountability for managing strategic portfolios and leading cross-functional teams to deliver business value.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully managing complex programs, driving process standardization and continuous improvement, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic portfolio management plans to drive business growth and delivery of value.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI to track program performance and milestones.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • 18+ years of overall IT experience with 10+ years of project management relevant experience in medical devices.
  • Hands-on experience in architecting complex dashboards using Power BI/other tools.
  • Certifications: PMP/equivalent, CSM, SAFe/RTE, or handling ART experience.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification a plus.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and ProChain scheduling methodologies.
  • Familiarity with medical device product development and regulatory processes (e.g., IEC 60601, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to influence all stakeholders.
  • Independent thinker with the ability to take both commercial and operational views of complex situations.
