Freelance Performance Marketer Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced freelance performance marketer to join our team. As a freelancer, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of our paid campaigns and helping us scale with sharp, creative, and accountable execution.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement effective paid advertising strategies across Meta and Google Ads to drive growth, brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting, ensuring seamless execution from strategy to delivery.
  • Create engaging ad creatives, including script ideas, copy, and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
  • Provide weekly reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), including cost per acquisition (CPA), click-through rate (CTR), cost per lead (CPL), and booking rate.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with early-stage startups and lean budgets, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
  • Background in D2C, wellness, healthcare, or mobile apps, showcasing expertise in relevant industries.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Mixpanel.
  • Creative sensibility, with the ability to craft compelling human-centered storytelling and push reel-first ideas.
  • Reliability, responsiveness, and a strong interest in mental health or wellness, aligning with our mission and values.
