About the Role:

The Senior Market Development Lead will be responsible for identifying high-potential cities, meeting qualified prospects, converting franchise partners, and ensuring smooth onboarding until store launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify high-potential cities for franchise expansion and map demand clusters, competition, and real estate feasibility.">
  • Identify and qualify high-quality franchise prospects across categories and build a strong funnel of partners aligned with Livspace's criteria.">
  • Drive end-to-end meetings and presentations with prospective partners and pitch Livspace's franchise models with clear ROI and business potential.">
  • Guide partners through franchise agreement, financial formalities, and store setup requirements, and ensure stores go live within defined timelines.">
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly franchise acquisition targets and maintain accurate reports on lead funnel, partner status, and conversion ratios.">

Expertise & Qualifications:

">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred).">
  • 6–8 years of experience in business development, franchise acquisition, or channel sales.">
  • Proven track record of partner onboarding and achieving aggressive sales targets.">
  • Exposure to building materials, interiors, furniture, laminates, tiles, or related industries is strongly preferred.">
