Job Title: Component Development Lead

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of components to meet our business objectives. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Designing and reviewing part designs with feedback and correction.
  • Identifying value-added opportunities at the initial stage of development.
  • Ensuring timely completion of Standardization Inspection Reports (SIRs).
  • Implementing Poka Yoke/interlocks for foolproof assembly/manufacturing processes at vendors.
  • Providing proactive corrections to achieve zero defect supplies from vendors.
  • Estimating costs of parts in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring timely release of purchase orders for inward parts as per planned schedules.
  • Improving detectability of defects through process study.
  • Delivering parts on time for batches at plants and R&D as per requirements.
  • Completing part development as per schedule to meet SOP in time.
