Job Title: Elevator Service Specialist

 

Service Excellence
  • To lead the delivery of exceptional service to our elevator clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate between employees and customers, taking feedback on previous day's work and planning daily schedules.
  • Manage manpower allocation on a daily basis based on callbacks received.
  • Conduct annual equipment surveys for all elevators under their territory and plan preventive repair schedules.
  • Perform NIS before taking over new construction and modernization jobs.
  • Lead toolbox talks with employees, emphasizing safe work practices and conducting fatality preventive audits/toolbox demonstrations.
  • Ensure continuous awareness of safe work practices among employees.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly review reports.
  • Ensure timely closure of T/Repair orders.
  • Monitor and reduce callbacks, particularly focusing on top ten calls received.
  • Adhere to EH&S policies and practices.
  • Ensure zero accidents/incidents and prompt incident reporting.
  • Participate in RQC & Safety meetings, reviewing issues and progress.
  • Ensure mitigation or control of issues identified in the Risk Assessment (JHA) process according to assigned responsibilities and schedules.
  • Conduct EH&S inspections/audits as per assigned quotas and ensure completion of corrective actions within targeted dates.
  • Complete FPA and ensure corrective actions within targeted dates.
  • Participate in incident investigations if necessary.
  • Meet clients regularly to develop rapport.
  • Communicate effectively with examiners, addressing their concerns and building confidence.
  • Correspond with clients regarding contract renewals and quotations for PA settlements.
  • Negotiate with clients for price fixation of contracts and T-order business/mod orders.
  • Effectively handle conversions when necessary.
  • Focus on acquisition and recovery, meeting targets.
  • Follow up on invoices/payments.
  • Update necessary conversion/recovery cancellations into the system.
  • Indent materials and coordinate with stores for required supplies.
  • Review net O/payment regularly.
