Job Overview:

  • Supports the optimization of resource allocation across multiple projects and departments by monitoring and managing utilization.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of resource allocation and ensure data integrity in resource management systems.
  • Collaborate with department leads to identify current and future staffing requirements.
  • Analyze resource demand and resolve conflicts.
  • Prepare reports on resource availability, usage, and performance metrics.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding of project resources.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers to understand staffing and capacity challenges.
  • Evaluate alignment between resource availability and project needs.
  • Contribute to process improvements in resource planning.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Resource Management.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and resource management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SAP, MS Project).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
