
Senior Business Development Executive

Job Overview
\As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals to generate business efficiently. This includes coordinating with the strategy team to create successful mass activities in stores for maximum lead generations.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in insurance sales. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:\
1. Managing a team of sales managers, senior relationship officers, and relationship officers to achieve business objectives
2. Coordinating with the call center manager and strategy team to develop and implement successful sales strategies
3. Maintaining quality control over database and feedback processes, as well as tracking team performance against targets
4. Conducting regular coaching sessions with team members to improve their sales skills and address areas for improvement
5. Overseeing the maintenance of high-quality standards among all executives and ensuring that they are meeting or exceeding their targets
6. Setting challenging targets and fostering a culture of excellence within the team
