Job Title: SAP FICO Leader

We are seeking an accomplished and experienced SAP FICO Team Lead to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP FICO modules, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing and guiding a team.

The selected individual will oversee the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of SAP FICO modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements. They will also coordinate and manage projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on progress and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the SAP FICO team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
  • Oversee the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of SAP FICO modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and provide SAP FICO solutions to improve business processes.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to financial processes and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP FICO processes, configurations, and customizations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, enhancing their understanding and efficient use of SAP FICO modules.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO developments and industry best practices, incorporating them into team operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in SAP FICO configuration and customization.
  • Expertise in asset accounting is essential.
  • Expertise in TDS accounting is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and cost controlling.
  • A solid understanding of taxation principles and accounting standards.
  • Experience with SAP integration with other modules such as MM, SD, and PS.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor team members and end-users.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Experience with project management tools and methodologies is also desirable.
