Job Title: Academic Counselor

At BrightCHAMPS, we're looking for a Senior Academic Counselor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing academic programs for students from 6 to 16 years old.

We are a global live-learning edtech platform that provides next-gen life skills such as Coding, Financial Literacy, Communication Skills and Robotics. Our platform is currently serving 30+ countries with 12+ languages across its 4 verticals.

About the Role:

- Familiarize yourself with our company vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Collate and maintain client information in our CRM database.
- Work closely with the team across departments to implement growth strategies.
- Rigorously follow up leads via various channels like phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, emails etc.
- Extensively communicate the curriculum and other USPs of our product (profiles of our champion teachers for example)
- Achieve realistically set weekly targets in a performance-centric environment.
