What You Will Do
  1. Participate in transaction advisory engagements to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  2. Analyze company data to identify historical and projected financial trends, quality of earnings, and working capital considerations.
  3. Write detailed reports to present findings to clients.
  4. Work with clients to advise on how to maximize opportunities and minimize risks related to mergers and acquisitions.
  5. Develop and propose creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Accounting.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of applicable work experience including experience in audit or transaction advisory services.
  • Licensed CPA/equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and strong working knowledge of other MS Office applications.
