Manual Tester Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester to join our team. As a Manual Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products by analyzing product requirements, designing and maintaining test scripts, executing manual testing, and reviewing test plans with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive test cases based on product requirements.
  • Design, create, and maintain reusable test scripts that ensure software quality.
  • Execute thorough manual testing to identify defects and inconsistencies.
  • Review Test Plans with Product Management and Development teams to guarantee alignment and collaboration.
  • Provide expert estimates on Test resources and effort to support prioritization and planning.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using industry-standard bug tracking tools.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure timely resolution of issues and optimize software performance.
  • Participate as a testing resource when required and contribute to all releases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in manual testing with a strong preference for SEO agency experience.
  • Hands-on experience with automated test scripts using Selenium and similar tools.
  • Practical knowledge and experience with AGILE and Waterfall development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced development-driven environments and the ability to adapt quickly.

  • A strong desire to gain experience testing and learning from others.
  • An ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships.
  • A willingness to be flexible and understanding when working within tight deadlines.
