Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Quality Engineering. As a professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of software quality assurance activities and coordinating testing efforts with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have 13+ years of experience in Digital banking, CRM, Loan domains, with a solid understanding of Software Testing Concepts, STLC, and SDLC processes with Shift-Left approach.

  • Coordinate test execution activities within complex projects, ideally in the financial, digital banking domain.
  • Prepare and execute test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Web and Mobile applications.
  • Develop and maintain test plans and strategies, working closely with QA Leads or domain owners.
  • Utilize test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail) and defect tracking systems to ensure efficient testing operations.

What we are looking for:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with business users, analysts, developers, and project managers.

• Ability to read and query databases using SQL; scripting experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with browser developer tools (Chrome DevTools, Firefox Debugger, etc.) and automation testing tools or frameworks.

• Fluency in written and spoken English, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
