Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Modeler to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing risk models for unsecured personal loans, including scorecards and early warning systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Data-Driven Decision Making:

Develop and deploy data-backed analytics solutions to support lending operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk models into workflows.

Risk Management Expertise:

Build strong knowledge of unsecured personal loans and lending processes.

Apply proficiency in Python, SQL, PowerBI, and Excel for data analysis and modeling.

Strong Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Risk Analyst in the lending space.

Proficient in RBI norms, compliance standards, and digital lending practices.

What We're Looking For:

Candidates should be comfortable working with limited data or proxy indicators to make informed decisions.
