Requirements:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills are necessary for success in this role.

Strong client management and stakeholder handling capabilities are also important.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects is crucial.

Good knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS systems is beneficial.
