Procurement Manager Role

About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to oversee procurement activities in our organization.

  • Manage inventory levels at warehouses by monitoring stock movements, identifying slow-moving items and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop vendor relationships through effective communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
  • Formulate strategies for supply chain management to optimize logistics costs and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth store operations by managing material receipt, storage and dispatch processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to finished goods, inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, reports and documentation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Any degree with 4-6 years experience in procurement activities in manufacturing industry and dealt with import and export activities.
  • In-depth knowledge of purchase operations, strategies and best practices.
  • Negotiation techniques.
  • Knowledge of vendor management and inventory management systems.
  • Analytical mind with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and systems.
  • Relevant certification in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Fluency in Telugu language.
