IT Infrastructure Management Specialist

A senior technical lead is required to oversee the implementation of Managed File Transfer (MFT) and cloud solutions using GoAnywhere and AWS.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps, pipeline management, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead technical teams and provide consultancy services to customers.
- Drive technical discussions and stand-ups for key deliverables.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop automated solutions to reduce effort.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to MFT, cloud, and DevOps technologies.
- Manage patch/upgrade cycles for FTP software and coordinate OS & DB maintenance activities.
- Certificate management involving CSR generation, issuance, implementation, and validation.
- Provide on-call support for priority issues and coordinate service requests.
- Understand vulnerabilities and implement security guidelines.
- Perform Disaster Recovery and audit requirements.
- 7-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering.
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services.
- Experience with GoAnywhere and MFT tools.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and pipeline management using GitHub Actions.
- Proficient in Python programming language.
- Understanding of file transfer protocols like FTP, FTPS, SFTP, S3, and Connect:Direct.
- Familiarity with load-balancer and firewall configurations.
