Senior Centre Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our centre as a senior manager.

This is a full-time position that requires at least 10 years of experience in software delivery, QA, or certification/testing services.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, QA methodologies, and SDLC.

They should also have experience working with clients in regulated markets, such as gaming, BFSI, and healthcare.

Additionally, exposure to gaming standards like GLI, ISO/IEC 17025, or responsible gaming practices is highly valued.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large teams or delivery centres with 10-12 years of leadership experience.
  • Develop and implement compliance frameworks, QA methodologies, and SDLC strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in regulated markets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 18+ years of experience in software delivery, QA, or certification/testing services.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, QA methodologies, and SDLC.
  • Experience working with clients in regulated markets (gaming, BFSI, healthcare preferred).
