Job Description

As a key member of our technical team, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative solutions for multiple projects. Your expertise will ensure seamless data integration across various projects, driving efficiency and efficacy.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the project management team to devise and implement technical solutions.
  • Providing timely workarounds and solutions for incoming technical issues.
  • Communicating complex features and differentiating solutions offerings to diverse audiences.
  • Developing analytics dashboards for customers and the fulfillment team by crafting SQL queries.
  • Documenting technology solutions in precise detail for future reproducibility.
  • Mentoring junior engineers and reviewing their work.
  • Interacting with clients to understand and assist in the data-integration process.
  • Driving operational efficiency by automating day-to-day tasks through scripting and API development (Python, JS).
  • Partnering with the Software Engineering team to create efficient and optimal solutions for complex use cases.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science preferred).
  • A strong understanding of data structures, system design, and REST APIs.
  • 2-4 years of experience in technically supporting various projects and clients.
  • Expertise in writing SQL queries.
  • Effective communication skills with experience in presenting data-driven insights.
  • A passion for growth and learning.
  • A solid grasp of programming logic and software principles.
  • The ability to distill details from broad guiding principles.
  • Systematic problem-solving skills combined with a strong sense of ownership and drive.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
