Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

About Us:

We provide an integrated system that helps companies manage private equity by automating costs, accounting, sharing, and compliance tools.

This role is ideal for a highly-driven and motivated individual who can deliver technical support to users and create instructional content for internal use on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Articles on software features for clients
  • Create Instructional Manuals for internal use
  • Develop System Design and Internal/External Support Guides
  • Assist in preparing details for developing new features
  • Liaise with different teams concerning product development or project details

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance/Accounting / Management / Business Administration
  • 1 year of software/product related experience (preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and attention to detail skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Strong report writing and research skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, responsible, and diligent
  • Passion for software products and researching newest technology
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Able to handle remote work and set own deadlines
  • Excellent skills in Excel & Word
