Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: End to end Program Management & Ownership on transformation process from site- centre launch
  • Interface with Franchise partners: Ensure timely execution, payments, launch readiness & presales
  • Capital Expenditure Management: Capital expenditure ownership & management (projects, equipment, other line items)
  • Launch Process Improvement: Improve launch process overall & Franchise partner satisfaction with new launches
  • Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify, communicate & problem solve any potential risk to launch centres on time & with great member experience
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in Project/Programme management, startup experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized Tier 1/Tier 2 university (engineering/law/commerce/mgmt)
  • Previous experience with franchise/client-based business preferred
Skills
  • Program Management Skills: Sharp program management skills - building & executing SOPs, getting buy-in from multiple stakeholders & driving execution with high influence
  • Problem Solving Abilities: Excellent problem solving abilities - hustle & think-on-feet in new situations, take executive decisions
