Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Specialist to support our continued growth in the hosting industry. Our global organization, comprising over 55 remote staff, currently services more than 20,000 live clients across 50+ countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Level 2 Support (Live Chat and Tickets)
  • VPS & Dedicated Server Support
  • Migrate and transfer servers
  • Assist the Level 1 Support team with escalations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with SolusVM Virtualization platform
  • Some experience with OpenStack
  • Understanding of the hosting industry, virtualization, and dedicated servers
  • WHMCS and KVM expertise
  • Firm understanding of Linux and Windows
  • Ability to resolve hosting-related issues efficiently
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Excellent written English communication skills
