Strategic Engineering Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Engineering Leader to join our team. As a key member of the engineering leadership group, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of engineering policies across all properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering, with at least 15 years of experience in hospitality engineering, including 5 years in senior leadership roles.

  • Leadership & Oversight
  • Develop and standardize engineering policies to drive excellence in maintenance and operations.
  • Lead capital expenditure projects to ensure timely and budget-aligned delivery.
  • Set benchmarks and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for property-level engineering teams.
  • Maintenance & Operations
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal functioning of MEP systems.
  • Ccoordinate with resort teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Energy & Sustainability
  • Drive energy conservation initiatives to reduce consumption and promote eco-friendly practices.
  • Implement sustainable solutions that balance operational efficiency with environmental responsibility.
  • Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across all properties through regular audits.
  • Promote a culture of zero harm and ensure the health and safety of guests, employees, and the environment.
  • Team Development & Management
  • Recruit, train, and mentor engineering teams to develop their skills.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Advanced certifications in facility or energy management are preferred but not required.
  • At least 15 years of experience in hospitality engineering.
