Brand Strategist Opportunity

We are seeking a Brand Strategist to join our team and contribute to the development of consumer brands. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve market share, and expand customer reach.

About the Role

  • This position requires an individual with 8-10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or product management within consumer-oriented industries.
  • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working with FMCG, consumer healthcare, or personal care brands and be familiar with product launches, digital campaigns, and consumer promotions.
  • A strong understanding of modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce channels is essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Deliver Business Results
  • Drive defined growth, sales, and profit targets for assigned zones/markets.
  • Expand consumer and retailer base through innovative programs and channel expansion.
Develop Comprehensive Brand Plans
  • Analyze consumer insights, retail trends, and competitor activities to shape strategy.
  • Define brand positioning, value proposition, and competitive differentiation within the consumer space.
Lead Marketing Campaigns and Initiatives
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting consumers, mothers, and caregivers.
  • Partner with sales and trade marketing teams to ensure effective campaign rollouts in modern trade, e-commerce, and general trade.
Manage Product Lifecycle
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including launches, rebranding, packaging upgrades, and line extensions.
  • Monitor brand performance, pricing, promotions, and portfolio optimization to maximize profitability.
