System Architect Opportunity

As a senior system architect, you will define and own end-to-end technical architecture for high-scale digital payment systems. This includes mentoring and guiding engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities include driving best practices in design, coding, automation, CI/CD, and performance engineering, as well as partnering with product and delivery teams to shape strategies and delivery plans.

You will lead complex integrations, modernize architectures, and deploy containerized cloud-native applications on AWS. Additionally, you will continuously innovate workflows, improve code quality, and enhance developer experience.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 14 years of software development experience, with 6+ years leading enterprise architecture preferably in digital payments or BFSI tech. You should also have expertise in Java/JEE, Spring, Hibernate, REST, ORM, and containerization (Docker).

A solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and AWS deployments is essential. Experience with relational databases (SQL, stored procedures, replication) and exposure to alternate data stores is also required.

Strong OOAD, UML, design patterns, and enterprise architecture principles are necessary skills. You should be able to inspire teams, solve complex technical challenges, and work hands-on when needed.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are expected.

- Experience with UI/UX principles, wireframes, and design guidelines for web & mobile
- Familiarity with tools like Git, Jenkins, and test automation
