Financial Management Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled finance professional to manage our financial records in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and up-to-date financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
