Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our team, who will be responsible for administering and supporting cloud infrastructure services.

This role involves monitoring system health, performance, and availability using cloud monitoring tools, as well as managing user access and security policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support cloud infrastructure services.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and availability.
  • Manage user access and security policies.
  • Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage networking within the cloud.
  • Automate operational tasks using Terraform / Deployment Manager / scripts.
  • Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions on the cloud.
  • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams for application deployment and integration.
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance policies.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in cloud administration and support.
  • Hands-on with cloud services: Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, IAM, Networking, Cloud SQL, BigQuery.
  • Good knowledge of Linux/Windows system administration.
  • Familiarity with scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell) for automation.
  • Understanding of networking (DNS, VPN, Load Balancing, Firewalls).
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Security best practices, IAM, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
