Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with expertise in Java. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and building scalable automation frameworks, integrating them with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and ensuring end-to-end automation coverage for User Interface (UI), Application Programming Interface (API), and backend systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and REST Assured. They will also build and implement scalable, reusable test automation libraries and utilities.

In addition, the candidate will automate testing for web, API, and backend services, collaborate closely with developers, DevOps, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation scripts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong coding experience in Java.
  • Expertise in automation framework design and development.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle.
  • API automation experience using REST Assured, Postman, Swagger.
  • Strong knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and database validation.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodology.
