Generative AI Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Generative AI Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To design and develop novel Generative AI architectures, algorithms, and frameworks that drive innovation in the field.
  • To build, integrate, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI models into production systems for optimal performance.
  • To implement Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG) pipelines and manage vector databases effectively.
  • To apply prompt engineering and tokenization techniques for optimized model outputs.
  • To collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  • To test, deploy, and monitor models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • To stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, tools, and frameworks.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Generative AI – 1.6+ years of experience
  • Agentic AI – 6+ months of experience
  • Python – 3–5 years of experience with expertise in prompt engineering
  • LLMs – OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.
  • Vector databases & RAG pipelines
  • LangChain libraries & AI agents
  • Cloud – Azure preferred (AWS/GCP also acceptable)

Good to Have:

  • Experience with MLOps & DevOps practices
  • Cloud deployment expertise (Azure, GCP, AWS)
  • Familiarity with scalable AI production environments
