Job Title: Regional Healthcare Project Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Healthcare Project Specialist to join our team at Tricog Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating healthcare projects across multiple locations, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.

About the Role:

The Regional Healthcare Project Specialist will work closely with our clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, clients, and internal teams
  • Ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, as required
  • Providing support and guidance to project team members, as needed

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a healthcare institution or related field
  • Strong knowledge of health tech or public health sectors, preferably with experience in project coordination or management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision

  • Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Ethical and trustworthy behavior, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
