As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing stakeholders, coordinating day-to-day activities, and ensuring project objectives are met.

We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare institution and a strong understanding of the healthcare market. If you have experience in Health Tech or Public health sectors, that's a plus

The salary for this role is ₹8 lakhs per annum, based on industry standards and considering the requirements of the job.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Stakeholder Management
  • Invoice Submission & Payment collection follow up
  • Patient data collection from the healthcare facilities (Spoke & HUB)
  • Tracking of patients post intervention
  • Patient data entry in the registry
  • Cordinating day to day activities to meet project objectives
  • Ready to travel across adjacent districts
  • Regular on-site visits to analyze any gaps that may arise in the implementations
  • Preparation of reports required by internal or external stakeholders
  • Installation of Machines
  • Educate and train customers on use of machines, software, and application
  • Attending Break down Calls and Troubleshooting
  • First Time Resolution of the machines handled
  • Build positive relationships with customers
  • Collect ,record, and maintain the right data to meet project objectives
