Job Opportunity: Leasing Professional

 

**Job Description:**

The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between in-house personnel, tenants, outside counsel, architects, consultants, brokers, and municipalities to facilitate the leasing process.

This includes site visits, negotiations, documentation, coordination, and administration for the various aspects of leasing.

The successful candidate will oversee the daily activities of the leasing operations department, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and standards.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements, overseeing completion of necessary paperwork, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

In addition, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring market trends and maintaining high-level networking with IPCs and leading leasing brokers.

Prior experience with direct marketing or sales efforts to corporates is highly valued.

 

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* Postgraduate degree in Management (PGDM / MBA)

* Certification in retail leasing (optional)

* 5+ years of relevant experience

* Excellent presentation skills
