Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing third-party vendor relationships to ensure seamless production operations. Key areas of focus include process optimization, quality control, and contract management.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors to align with production needs, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Ensure all third-party products and services meet internal quality standards by conducting regular inspections and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts with third-party vendors to ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.
  • Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure seamless integration of third-party production into the overall supply chain.
  • Monitor third-party inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Track and manage budgets for third-party production services to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Maintain detailed records of third-party activities, performance reports, and key metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management, vendor management, or supply chain roles.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
