Senior Process Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality process services to various industries.

You will engage in developing complex dynamic simulation process models and smart applications using advanced tools. Your key responsibilities will include understanding project requirements, analyzing and translating them into specifications and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Producing timely and high-quality project delivery
  • Building and configuring dynamic process and flow models
  • Running simulations for various scenarios with built models
  • Carrying out dynamic process and control studies
  • Performing optimization and de-bottlenecking studies

Additionally, you will assist with Flow Assurance model building for Real-time production assurance systems and manage the development of functional and concept technical design specifications.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is required; a Master's degree is preferred. You must have 8+ years' experience in Refinery or Petrochemical operations/process controls/process engineering.

Hands-on experience with Advanced Process Control, Real-Time Optimization, Performance Monitoring, and First Principal modelling is necessary. Skilled knowledge of Aspen Hysys, Aspen GDOT, KBC Petrosim, Technip Spyro, ROMeo, Rockwell Pavilion, Yokogawa smoc, Honeywell RMPCT, ASPEN DMC plus, and certified on modeling and simulation platforms like Aspen Plus/Hysys/Pro-II/Dynsim is advantageous.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, domain knowledge, and chemical engineering principles and operations are essential. Good communication, writing, and presentation skills are also required.
