Are you a skilled operations professional looking for a new challenge?
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of High-Stakes Test Centers (HSTCs).
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in assessment and certification, partnering with multi-national organizations and government bodies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating scheduling across the HSTC network, reviewing upcoming availability and capacity requirements.
- Collaborating with Workforce Management team on Speaking Examiners' allocation forecast.
- Monitoring the utilization of HSTCs and recommending adjustments or expansions based on demand.
- Managing accurate submission of invoices for HSTCs, verifying exam volumes and facilitating timely payments.
- Coordinating with internal teams to manage unforeseen events, ensuring minimum impact on candidates and stakeholders.
- Overseeing CCTV monitoring across HSTCs to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.
- Handling requests from HSTCs regarding changes in setup or personnel, directing them to the appropriate internal teams.
- Proactively identifying and communicating quality-related observations or opportunities for improvement to the relevant teams.
- Conducting visits to High-Stakes Test Centers to assess operations, ensure adherence to company standards, and provide on-site support for continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of previous working experience in a multi-cultured environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent command of the English language (Level C2). Extra languages desired.
- Advanced computer literacy, ECDL Advanced level certification desirable.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in liaising with multiple teams and departments.
- Strong focus on compliance, ensuring all processes and communications adhere to relevant regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Flexibility to travel as required to support operational needs.
