Job Title: Compliance Officer

We are seeking a diligent Compliance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all legal and statutory documents related to labor laws are reviewed and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by conducting regular audits and reviewing vendor contracts.
  • Identify and address non-compliances, providing guidance and support to departments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of audit findings, actions taken, and customer communications.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement corrective actions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess workplace conditions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with the audit team, management, and employees to ensure seamless operations.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as law or business.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
