About the Role

You will work autonomously and collaboratively across product, engineering, operations, and client teams to deliver scalable solutions and make a lasting impact worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple concurrent, complex technology projects from onboarding through successful delivery across distributed squads.
  • Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and fostering high-performance team dynamics to achieve rapid, quality releases.
  • Closely collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to transform business needs into clear plans and delivery schedules.
  • Track project health with metrics like velocity, burn-down, throughput, and deadlines to both leadership and external clients.
  • Proactively identify and remove risks, roadblocks, and dependencies, escalating when necessary to maintain momentum.
  • Influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders by clearly communicating trade-offs, progress, and strategic choices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years' experience managing software product delivery, ideally in SaaS or SportsTech sectors.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) is preferred.
  • Deep expertise in Agile methodologies, with experience leading distributed and offshore teams.
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage and influence technical and non-technical audiences alike.
