Job Summary:

mCaffeine is seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to drive our HR strategies, ensuring seamless payroll management and compliance across corporate, retail, and third-party employees.

This role demands expertise in employee life cycle management, strategic HR partnering, and labor law adherence in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Business Partnering
    • Partner with key business functions—corporate and retail—to drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, and grievance handling.
    • Oversee employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, inductions, confirmations to exits.
  • Payroll Management
    • Manage monthly payroll for corporate, retail, and third-party employees.
    • Validate salary inputs, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely disbursement.
    • Handle payroll reconciliation and maintain zero discrepancies.
  • Compliance & Audits
    • Ensure statutory and labor law compliance: PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment, and Minimum Wages.
    • Liaise with vendors and consultants for documentation and filings.
    • Conduct internal HR audits and documentation reviews.
  • HR Operations & MIS
    • Prepare HR dashboards, payroll MIS, and compliance trackers.
    • Handle documentation for all employee categories.
    • Support HR automation initiatives and process enhancements.
