**Reporting Analyst, Business Finance Job Description**
Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of annual budgets to drive strategic growth and profitability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate monthly forecasts and updates in our reporting tools.
Operational Management:
  • Collaborate with management to review budgets versus actual performance and revise forecasts regularly.
  • Prepare and present monthly MIS reports to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Align our MIS reporting tools with the accounting software to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Manage cash flow forecasts to optimize financial operations.
  • Assist in treasury and fund management to maximize investment returns and optimize foreign exchange conversions.
  • Engage with senior management and external partners for data compilation related to annual budgets.
People Leadership:
  • Educate team members on best practices to enhance work efficiency.
  • Train and educate team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Governance & Risk:
  • Provide timely, accurate, and transparent financial information to stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to mitigate potential risks.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, business partnering, and commercial finance.
  • CA/MBA qualification is required.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and ERP software.
  • Expert knowledge and hands-on experience in MS Excel.

**Experience and Qualifications:**
