Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead with strong operational expertise to drive team performance and ensure seamless delivery of projects.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, outstanding communication abilities, and the capacity to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

  • Daily workflow management to ensure maximum productivity
  • Effective operations management by overcoming daily hurdles
  • Constant communication with internal stakeholders
  • Preparation of accurate reports and timely submission
  • Performance of random quality checks on volumes processed by the team members

Professional Qualifications/Experience:

Graduate or master's degree from any stream is required.

5-7 years of work experience in managing teams at BPO/KPO.

Strong oral and written English communication skills with problem-solving ability.

Good networking skills across the organization.

Training skills to conduct process, refresher, and basic soft skills training.

Ability to create a challenging, fast-paced team-oriented environment.

De-stress the work environment under pressure.

Very strong computer skills in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet/Intranet.

Ability to learn quickly and teach members on process nuances.

Knowledge of financial services and class action and mass tort is good to have.

Ability to interact with confidence with US internal and external customers.

Job Requirements:

Work in night shifts (USA Shift timing with additional allowances) and on Indian holidays.

Career Progression:

If he/she is performing well in the current role, may grow to Sr.Team Leader, Assistant Manager, or Ops Manager.
