Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's financial planning and analysis functions.

About the Role:

• This position specializes in analyzing and interpreting complex financial data, identifying trends and patterns, and developing recommendations to drive business growth.
• The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic financial plans, as well as provide regular financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
• As a Financial Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
2. Analyze and interpret complex financial data, identifying trends and patterns, and developing recommendations to drive business growth.
3. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic financial plans.
4. Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including finance teams, operations, and high-level management.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA Finance is required, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic financial plans, as well as providing regular financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
• Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to innovatively communicate complex financial information.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with advanced excel skills.
• Ability to multi-task and be a self-starter, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with essbase would be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in financial analysis, corporate FPA experience is preferred.

Education & Qualifications:

Required and Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA Finance.
• Minimum of 10 plus years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is an asset.

Shift Timings:

10 am to 7 pm IST. But there would be overlap with US counterparts and the candidate needs to be flexible when there is business need to accommodate.
