Job Title:

A Public Area Cleanliness Specialist is required to maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, ensuring a positive experience for guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms, showers, floors, surfaces, and furniture in public areas.
  • Empty trash containers, ashtrays, and ash urns into proper containers.
  • Inspect furniture for damage and report issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning lights and posting caution signs when necessary.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and address any concerns.
  • Identify and report preventative maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
